GTA6HUB respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used inappropriately on our site, please provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information (email address, phone number)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
- Your name, address, and phone number

Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A user who has uploaded content that is subject to three valid DMCA takedown notices will have their account terminated.
